How can I pay?
At Think Paper you can pay using iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card (Maestro, Visa), Bancontact/Mister Cash, Belfius Direct Net and SOFORT Banking.
Are there any risks when I pay by credit card?
At Think Paper we take your online security and privacy very seriously. Our security server automatically encrypts your personal details when you enter them. We do also not store your credit card number at all as it is sent straight through to the relevant banks in order to process the payment.
Are there any risks when I pay by debit card?
Maestro is the most-used payment method in the world. This is because of its excellent security, and the number of vendors who accept it is growing daily. Your transaction is secured by your SecureCode which is an online PIN issued to you by your bank. This number is entered as a confirmation that you are the owner of the Maestro debit card being used for the transaction.
What is a MasterCard SecureCode?
Your MasterCard SecureCode is a form of online PIN which makes your purchases with debit card safer for you. This code only needs to be registered once and can be used for every online purchase you make with your Maestro card.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
In which countries do you deliver?
Think Paper welcomes orders from EU or EEA countries. EU and EEA countries are: Austria, Belgium, Britain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (the Greek part), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland (EEA), Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein (EEA), Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway (EEA), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland (not an EU or EEA country, but EU rules do apply), United Kingdom.
In which territories do you deliver in the UK?
We deliver everywhere in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Deliveries to all other British territories will be charged at the relevant rates.
In which territories do you deliver in Spain?
We ship to the mainland of Spain, the Canary Islands and Andorra. For these areas import taxes may occur, you have to take them in your own account.
What are my delivery options?
Home delivery is the standard delivery option, with the parcel being delivered to the address of your choice. This could be your billing address or another address (such as your work address). You will have the option to specify this address during the order process. Delivery normally takes place between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
Are all national and international orders safe?
Think Paper operates in conjunction with PostNL, a major national and international courier. Although your orders may take a few days to reach you, there is no risk in ordering from us. You will get your order as soon as possible.
What about delivery costs?
We deliver in many countries. Select the country of delivery in your Cart and the shipping cost information will appear.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are mostly in stock. If you place your order with us before 6pm, we will start processing it on the same day. Delivery generally takes 2 – 5 working days if the delivery address is in the mainland. Certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time. In case we do not have stock of the item you ordered we will do our best to produce and ship within 30 days. 30 days is also the lead-time before we ship products with custom cords length.
To browse our catalogue, select the Shop tab at the top of the website. Click on the photo of the product you are interested in to see it in more detail. You can make your search even easier. Using the sorting and filter buttons you can filter in price range, sort by price (low to high or high to low), popularity or newness.
Details of the product
On each product page, you will find information about size, color and the composition of the item. You can enlarge the image for a closer look by using the zoom function.
Adding products to your Cart
To add a product to your Cart select one of the options in the dropdown menu, select the quantity and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button. If only one option in the dropdown menu is available, it is not necessary to select it to complete your purchase. You can decide to proceed directly to checkout, or to continue browsing our site. Remember that inserting an item in the Cart does not mean you have reserved it.
On the first page of the Cart you can find a summary of all chosen products. At this point you can change the quantity or even delete some selected products if needed. By clicking on the ‘Update Cart’ button the total price will refresh. The total amount of the order that you see on the first page of the Cart will be the exact amount for which you will be charged. Once you are ready to place the order, go to the next page to proceed with the purchase by clicking on the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button.
It is a personal code, issued on special occasions, that enables you to take advantage of exclusive promotions on services and products offered by our store. The ‘Coupon Code’ space is displayed in the first page of the Cart: enter your code and click ‘Apply Coupon’ to obtain your new total.
Our Returning Customer feature enables you to complete your orders without having to re-enter personal details. Only account registered users can benefit from our Returning Customer option. Save your shipping address and other needed details by filling in the form and clicking on the ‘Create An Account’ button on the second page of the Cart. Once you are logged in, saved information will be immediately available and will enable you to make faster purchases.
Completing your order
To complete your order, you must enter your delivery details on the Shipping Page (second page of the Cart) and insert your Credit or Debit Card information (if you have chosen this method of payment) in the Payment Page. Please remember that, once an order is completed, it cannot be modified in any way. Your purchase is complete when you are brought to our Order Received Page (third page of the Cart), where you will find your Order Number. Also all other details of your order can be reviewed on this page. Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your order.
Is there a distributor or agent in my country and what if there is none?
All distributors and agents can be found on the stores/reseller page. Are there no distributors or agents available in your country? Analytical cookies are intended to measure the quality or effectiveness of the website. This can be done by registering and analyzing clicks on the website. Using these cookies, the website can be improved. However these analytic cookies are not allowed to be used to breach the users’ privacy.
What about returns?
We do not refund any orders due to risk of transportation damage on return shipments. We advise to go to a store to see a physical example and purchase the product there if you have any doubts about the looks in real life. Any damages that occurred during shipping must be reported within 7 (seven) days of delivery for a proper replacement or credit to be given.
What about warranty?
Think Paper warrants that the products fulfil the agreement and comply with the characteristics communicated by Think Paper and the then applicable legal standards. We guarantee all Think Paper products for two years and will replace or refund defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear a tear excepted) if returned and received at our Headquarters address within one year of delivery.
If the fault is not confirmed (at our absolute discretion), the fault is not due to a technical failure but rather user handling we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement. In this case we will be in contact to determine whether you wish the item to be returned to you at your expense.
Where can I download additional information?
You can download spec-sheets, installation guides and energy labels on every Kraftlight product page by clicking on the download buttons. The spec-sheets will contain information on sizes, electrical requirements, bulb wattages, fire ratings etc. The installation guide will explain you how to properly install your Kraftlight. I want a longer fabric cord because my ceiling is too high. Is that possible?
All Kraftlights are standard provided with two meter fabric cords unless indicated otherwise. If even two meter is not long enough, it is possible to order longer cords for an additional charge. Please contact us for prices and availability: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can the fabric cords easily be shortened?
Yes they can! First mark your cord length with some tape by wrapping it tight around your cord. Secondly, move down the strain relief and canopy below the cutting length and cut the whole wire at the marked length. The tape is now located at the top of your cord. After this step you mark about five centimeters downwards by wrapping some tape like step one. At last, strip the colored wires and put them back into the terminal block.
How can I clean my Kraftlight?
Cleaning is simple and cardboard attracts almost no dust. We recommend a quick spray with a can of compressed air to remove dust. Another option is a microfiber cloth or a cleaning duster, which is suitable for cleaning sensitive surfaces. Do not use water or any soap products.
What lamp holders are used?
The cord sets are fitted with E27 metal isolated lamp holders, 220-240V ~50Hz (Europe standard) which are compatible with incandescent, compact fluorescent or LED bulbs of energy classes A++, A+, A, B, C, D & E (EU No 874/2012). NOTE: The fixtures are dimmable, but only compatible with dimmable light sources. All models are delivered without lightsource.
The Beneito Faure LED bulb creates a warm twinkling effect like the 19th century old Edison light bulbs (old incandescent bulbs). This light source is fantastic for ambient lighting, as well as discreet lighting. He also creates strong lighting patterns on his surroundings.
The Plumen low energy bulb has a dynamic, sculptured form that creates a warm and trendy effect. However, this lightbulb makes patterns on surroundings less visible.
What about fire safety?
